I am so grateful for Jennifer Grant. My sister and I hired her for a complicated guardianship/Power of Attorney issue arising for my elderly aunt with dementia. Her sister who had been neglecting her filed for guardianship, but we had Power of Attorney. It was an unfortunate and ugly family situation.... Jennifer handled it very gracefully. She was able to get the case settled so we avoided a hearing/trial and ultimately a formal guardianship. She is extremely trustworthy and was always available to discuss the matter. Jennifer always sought to save us money and go for the best, most efficient solution while letting us know all the possibilities. She knows when to apply pressure to opposing counsel and is a superior negotiator. Lastly, she is an awesome person who was a pleasure to work with. I hope we have no further issues, but if anything arises, she would be the first call.
