About Jennifer
Biography
Out of University of Florida law school in 2001, Jennifer Grant originally practiced commercial litigation in larger, prestigious Florida firms. When the need arose at the firm to train a probate and trust specialist, Jennifer filled that need. Although she still practices commercial litigation, for over the last ten years, Jennifer has specialized in trust, estate and guardianship litigation. Jennifer helped families, beneficiaries and fiduciaries resolve issues relating to removal, prosecuting and defending fiduciaries, handling estate administrations, and appointments of guardians among other issues. Jennifer opened up her own law practice in 2009 and treasures her ability to handle complex cases skillfully, efficiently and always with cost effectiveness in mind. She has been selected by her peers as a "Super Lawyer" for the past several years. Jennifer also donates her time to several charitable causes locally.
