I have mixed feelings on the whole process but Jennifer is amazing, knows her practice and is a great lawyer. The thing with litigation and probate isnt how well founded your logic or position is, it boils down to your ability to absorb expenses. Thats where im happy is in my case I had frivolous cla...ims but the only way to end was settlement without hurting the non greedy parties (all but one). Jennifer is very smart, honest and understanding. I highly recommend but before you venture too far into fighting and absorbing, weigh costs vs expenses. Sometimes its worth caving to an extent provided its justified to unruly and horrible people to help yourself and others involved.
