Derek di Scipio, an accomplished Associate Attorney with Weinstein Legal Team, specializes in Personal Injury and Personal Injury Protection Litigation. His legal journey commenced at Florida Atlantic University, where he pursued a major in Political Science. During his academic tenure, Derek showcased his passion for advocacy by competing in two National Model United Nations (NMUN) Advocacy Competitions.

Taking the next significant step in his legal career, Derek attended Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. During his time there, he became deeply involved in the legal community, holding prominent roles such as President of the Student Bar Association and Treasurer of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. Additionally, he dedicated his time to advocacy, being selected for the NSU Moot Court Society and NSU Trial Association. In the latter, Derek excelled and participated in multiple Trial Competitions, honing his courtroom skills.

Further solidifying his commitment to advocacy, Derek served as a Certified Legal Intern at the Broward State Attorney’s Office, where he achieved notable success by winning multiple jury trials.
