Steffani Russo is very good and knowledgeable at her job. She really was a good listener, very compassionate about my case & concerns. She made sure that I was okay when I had to go over my case. She took the time to understood me. She went after what she felt like was right for my case for me th...is was an odd case, I felt like she handle herself very professionally and caring at the same time. If I had to use her again I definitely would use her again. She is one of the good one.

Steffani personifies integrity to the fullest and is knowledgeable, thorough, patient and kind. I was in a car accident where I was deemed (unfairly) at fault and was facing a potential personal lawsuit if the claim went above the maximum insurance coverage. I found Steffani through a Google se...arch and she was immediately responsive, explained to me my options, consulted with another partner at the firm who works with Defendants and was willing to negotiate the cost of the retainer. Steffani, as well as her colleague ( whose name I don’t recall at the moment) are top-notch. I was very touched by how caring Steffani was and the attention she gave to my situation. I felt zero pressure to retain her but I would have done so if my insurance company would have been unable to settle the claim. Steffani is amazing!
