Biography
Attorney Robert W. Kelley is a founding Partner at Kelley / Uustal. Mr. Kelley is a highly accomplished attorney and has been recognized as one of the Top 10 Lawyers in the United States. He has also earned numerous other awards and recognitions, including his continued inclusion in the Best Lawyers in America publication, Florida Super Lawyers® Magazine, and South Florida’s Best Lawyers.
Mr. Kelley has tried over 100 jury trials during his career. His record of success includes the 7th largest jury verdict in the country according to the National Law Journal, and more than 25 multi-million jury verdicts in a wide range of cases involving auto accidents, boating accidents, catastrophic injuries, medical malpractice, and construction accidents.
Attorney Kelley has been a Board Certified Civil Trial by the Florida Bar for over two decades, is a respected lecturer and law professor, and a committed member of his local community. Mr. Kelley is also the founder of The Dive Bar, an Underwater Bar Association comprised of SCUBA certified lawyers who are committed to the preservation of coral reefs and the marine environment of the Florida Keys.
