Over Powered The Federal Government

Richard Merlino is a very professional and knowledgeable attorney. He handled my fiance extremely well, I wouldn't question the ending results. He was able to turn my fiances sentence around from 15 to 25 years in prison to only 86 months, 2yrs of credit time served, and with 40% of his sentence bei...ng served, he will be released in 2026. The absolute best!

Simply put, Richard Merlino is the absolute BEST! I cannot thank Mr. Merlino and his team for all the time and effort they put into my case. A man you should hire!

Mr. Merlino Represented me on a criminal traffic case that could have violated my 2nd degree probation, facing 20 years. How he managed to get this taken care of without my probation or judge finding out is still a mystery. I put my life in this mans hands and he delivered extremely quickly and we...nt above and beyond. I highly reccommend this man to anyone who has a problem that needs to be taken care of!! Not only that he returns calls promptly and will throuroughly explain everything that is happenning.

He's a robber and scam artist! I hired him and him and his private investigator did absolutely nothing but took the money and gave me the run around

I have never represented a "Ms. Sims," or anyone with a surname "Sims." This general, baseless, defamatory and inflammatory statement is the epitome of professional cyberterrorism. Criminal trial work is adversarial, to say the least. Friends are not made generally along the way when it comes to opposing parties, interests, and even professional adversaries. Sadly, the Internet and professional defamation is rampant. Professionals are at the mercy of unilateral posts that are not subjected to vetting by the platform they appear on, nor is there an appeal process. This post is the result of a false identity providing slanderous descriptions without a factual basis, case name or number, or identifying information. The only scam here, is this post.
