When selling our home in Ft. Lauderdale we ran into a problem with multiple open building permits from a remodel our parents had done 15 years prior. The City of Ft. Lauderdale's building department is not user friendly - especially to someone not familiar with their requirements. What a mess! Luckil...y I was directed to Nicole Villarroel and her firm for assistance. Nicole immediately put me at ease saying “Mr. C, don’t worry about it, this is what I do.” Nicole took action that day and engage the resources necessary to cure the problem. Her communication is excellent. She kept me updated on a daily basis. Our home closed with both the buyer and seller happy. When I have real estate transactions in South Florida, Nicole will be my go to person.

I've worked with Nicole since she was a Realtor and paralegal and truly enjoy working with her now as an attorney. She also has the most incredible memory I think I've ever seen! She is one of the most organized individuals, which makes me feel extremely comfortable when it comes to timelines and cli...ents' escrow. It doesn't matter how difficult the deal is, for she's always leading us safely and positively to the finish line. For instance, we're in the middle of a 1031 exchange now and a couple condominium sales where the attorneys of the condominium are involved because of rule changes coming into effect soon and my client is nervous. She's steadily kept this deal alive for my client and I showing extra work and effort where most attorneys would just recommend we cancel the deal.
