I'm Mayelin Stevenson, a bilingual business attorney serving small and mid-sized businesses throughout Broward, Palm Beach and Miami-Dade counties. My practice focuses on what I do best: business acquisitions and sales, contract drafting and review, due diligence, and outside general counsel work for owners who need a trusted legal partner without the overhead of a large firm.

I'm fully bilingual in English and Spanish, not as a footnote, but as a core part of how I serve the South Florida business community. My background includes a civil law education in the Dominican Republic, a J.D. Magna Cum Laude from Nova Southeastern University, and licensure in both Florida and the Dominican Republic. That dual perspective shapes how I approach every transaction:methodically, with attention to risk and detail.
