Biography
Mr. Susen has tried a substantial number of cases to verdict as lead counsel. Mr. Susen focuses his law practice on all facets of litigation.
Mr. Susen litigates a variety of matters, including: personal injury, defective products, premises liability, medical malpractice, and contract / business disputes. Mr. Susen has significant experience in both state and federal trial courts as well as appellate courts throughout Florida.
Mr. Susen has also successfully briefed and argued appeals throughout Florida. Mr. Susen also represents several international clients in collection matters and complex business disputes.
Mr. Susen graduated in the top 4% of his class, magna cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University, where he received his Juris Doctor. While attending law school, Mr. Susen also earned a merit scholarship and membership into the Pro Bono Honor Society and Moot Court.
Mr. Susen is also an advisor to athletes, coaches, and other sports professionals, offering strategic planning and advice on all aspects of career management from marketing to contract negotiation.
Prior to joining Koch Parafinczuk & Wolf, Mr. Susen attended Boston University where he earned his Bachelors of Arts and worked for the law firm of lannella & Mummolo in Boston, MA. Mr. Susen is also a member of Big Brothers Big Sisters where he volunteers and provides mentoring to youth in Broward County.
