Justin Matthew Schneider

Justin Schneider is the founder and managing attorney of Schneider Car Accident & Injury Firm, a personal injury law firm based in Broward County, Florida. Known across Florida as The Honest Attorney, Justin built his practice around transparency, client education, and a no-nonsense approach to advocacy. He represents victims of car accidents, slip and falls, wrongful death, and other serious injury cases throughout Florida.

Mr. Schneider began his legal career in 2014 at a prestigious Miami law firm, handling complex construction defect and commercial litigation. His dedication to public service led him to the Florida House of Representatives, where he worked on legislative initiatives for District 87. He later served as a felony prosecutor at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, where he first-chaired more than 30 jury trials and fought for victims in high-stakes felony, civil fatality, and juvenile cases.

Before launching his own firm, Justin practiced at a high-volume plaintiff’s firm and later at Schlesinger Law, where he focused on catastrophic injury and wrongful death litigation—including trucking accidents and traumatic brain injury claims. He is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Mr. Schneider earned his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law and studied abroad at St. Edmund Hall, Oxford University, concentrating on comparative legal contracts and English legal history. During law school, he served as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable J. Lawrence Johnston at the Division of Administrative Hearings and was a regional competitor with the BLSA Mock Trial Team. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Florida.

In the community, Justin has served on the Board of Directors for the Historic Stranahan House Museum, was a Young Leaders Board Member for the Palm Beach County Justice Association, and is a proud graduate of Leadership Broward Class XLI. He remains active in the Palm Beach Bar Association, Broward County Trial Lawyers Association, and the Stephen R. Booher Inn of Court.
