Jeremy James Kroll

I was advised that I was going to be charged with a capital crime. After speaking to numerous attorneys in the civil and business arena, they all said the same thing: "There is only one attorney's office you should be calling, and that is the firm, 'Bogenschutz, Dutko & Kroll,' in Fort Lauderdale." To say my family and I are grateful to Jeremy Kroll would be an understatement; Mr. Kroll and his staff went beyond what anyone could have expected. This guy truly saved my life - literally! He is unlike most attorneys you may encounter; he avails himself to his clients, and goes out of his way to check on their well-being (as this is a stressful time) throughout the process. Mr. Kroll respects the State Attorney's Office, and their prosecutors, and the State Attorney's Office and the prosecutors respect him and his firm. This helped tremendously when he was trying to resolve my case. "They say the loneliest walk in life is the walk you have to walk alone; others may walk it with you, but no one can walk it for you." Well, Jeremy walked it with me... I'll be forever in his debt.

In repeated cases with Mr. Kroll I find him in a class of very very few. Difficult cases with outcomes both positive from a legal point of view and helping someone in the process turning things around personally. He gets respect from all staff at the court house including other lawyers and gets resp...ect from state attorneys and judges. If you meet the man I think my comments will be well understood.
