Haneen Kutub

Haneen Kutub and her team at Petrovitch & Kutub have been a godsend. FYI, although I have worked with both Jennifer and Haneen, I mostly work with Haneen. I first reached out to her team maybe 2 years ago to set up my fathers power of attorney. I am out of state and my father was ill and my mother ...was in memory care in Florida. This was in the middle of the pandemic and I was worried my father didn’t have a lot of time left. Haneen and Jennifer were extremely prompt, accommodating and understanding. They always made themselves available and never brushed me off to a para-legal or assistant. They often made themselves available on short notice and even went so far as to go to my fathers home to get all the documentation signed. I really appreciated that they could be there when I could not. As my father’s death became imminent, Haneen helped me establish guardianship for my mother. Haneen has always gone out of her way to make herself available for every question and concern I had managing my parents estate and my guardianship for my mother. This has been a very taxing time for me and my family and it I cannot express in words how reassuring it is to have someone like Haneen in your corner helping you navigate the complexities of managing a trust and a guardianship. Haneen and Jennifer are personable, compassionate, and knowledgeable, and I am so very grateful I found them.
