Biography
Elizabeth Lutz is the founder of Florida Estate Law, P.A. Prior to opening the firm, Elizabeth practiced estate planning, probate administration, and trust administration at a boutique law firm in Sarasota, Florida and a large law firm in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She then moved on to work as in-house counsel at the largest privately held trust company in South Florida.
Due to her broad range of experiences, Elizabeth can offer comprehensive legal services to her clients. Elizabeth has gained keen insight into the specialized field and its clientele and appreciates the importance of a client’s confidence in his or her attorney.
Elizabeth understands the difficulties related to the passing of a loved one and the peace of mind that comes with having a plan for the future. Elizabeth has dedicated her professional career to helping her clients navigate the probate court system and develop an estate plan tailored to fit their goals.
