Mr. Andujar seemed to be totally uninvolved in my case. He did not keep me informed. I felt that his laid back demeanor put me at an extreme disadvantage because the attorney for the defendant was totally the opposite. The other attorney was aggressive, well informed, and appeared to give his all to ...his client. I saw none of that with Mr. Andujar. The only real spark I saw in him was when he aggressively pushed me to accept the respondent's offer that benefitted only my insurance company, the doctors, and his law firm. The doctors, my insurance company, and Mr. Anidjar split the settlement leaving me with less than 10% of the entire amount. I fault Mr. Anidjar for insisting that I see doctors that were not on my insurance. The doctors he advised me to see misdiagnosed me and billed for treatments and procedures that were of no benefit to me. My well-being was their last consideration. I could have gone to doctors on my plan and been treated properly instead of merely being a cash cow for all of them.
