It all started friendly, when Mr. strauss was referred to me through a networking group BNI. We met and discussed my companies process serving rates and how he would utilize our services. Strauss and his one man show, used our company a few times, rushed us around to serve legal documents and then cl...aimed his was dissatisfied with our services and denied to pay. Couple years later, after multiple emails and phone calls to solve the problem have been ignored and brushed off. We have yet to be compensated. If he treats Local small businesses this way, beware how he handles your case.

Strauss was retained, cashed my check and it took him several weeks to appear in the case only after being reminded. He then scheduled 3 depositions, forgot about 1 and canceled 2 on the day they were scheduled. He never got the previously obtained discovery information. He was ultimately discharged ...from the case. I did not find him to be very competent much less interested in the case after he cashed the retainer check.

I really don’t know where to start. I retained David for a hopeless situation. He was honest, reasonable and compassionate, professional and made me feel like he cared more about my situation than anything else. We won my case. Then he went on to help several of my friends winning all of theirs. ... If any of you have ever watched Boston Legal or another TV show like that and said man I wish there were really lawyers like this in real life, this is your man. I've known Mr. Strauss for many years. For better or worse, an event occurred requiring me to use his services. Over the course of the matter, each time there is a court date, Mr. Strauss hands me a victory. His communication is awesome, his explanation of matters at hand is awesome, and his overa...ll handling of my case, is awesome. He takes time to make sure I understand what's happening and goes above and beyond to let me know that there is nothing to worry about, and in the event that things don't bode well, there are ways to appeal. Just an overall great experience as far as dealing with matters of court can go.
