My client, the smaller of the two companies involved, was accused of taking trade secret infor ... mation and converting it to their personal benefit. After extensive discovery and study of the technical aspects of my client's designs, I presented evidence and argument to the Court and convinced the Judge that the Plaintiff lacked a valid claim. As a result, the case was dismissed.
