Based on my experience with Attorney Pablo Arriola representing our HOA, I have serious concerns about his approach to community legal matters. As an HOA attorney, there are important fiduciary duties owed to the entire community and not just an inexperienced board, and we question whether these obli...gations are being properly fulfilled.

The term, "You can't fight City Hall" is tantamount to, You can't escape the HOA's and the Governing documents and the verbiage contained in the BY-Laws of Condominium Associations. Well, with the exception of an attorney who is knowledgeable, and precise in his abilities for researching and extracti...on the loopholes that exist, whereby the Association can place a Lien on the property and pursue exorbitant interests as provided by the Association's guidelines.
