Lawyer, Great; Firm, Questionable

First, Brian Glatzer and Natalie Gutierrez were always available (within reason) and both were fantastic. My biggest issue was the delay and misinformation by several parties at the firm before being handed over to Mr. Glatzer's office. When my case first started, I was told that this could easily... be a $300,000 case (by a lawyer, and after I already committed to hiring them), and it was explained from where those numbers came. Then, several months later, Mr. Glatzer gave me a best-case scenario in which case the first number was cut by one third. Again, he reinforced that best case scenarios need to have everything fall in place, which is hard to come by. When all was over, I received the policy maximum, which was two thirds less than the original figure. An additional amount per my own policy seemed to be abandoned completely. By now, I am sure it sounds as if I am being greedy and had too high of expectations. The problem with this is that I have back issues for life which are only going to get worse with age. The policy amount does not even come in enough to get surgery if I ever need, which is highly likely if I am having my issues at 33 years of age. Not to mention, I am not dealing with the policy amount - what came to me was just over half of the policy because of lawyer and medical expenses. Maybe my complaints are with the process, but it is a hard feeling to shake that more could have been done. Again, Mr. Glatzer and Ms. Gutierrez were phenomenal. The members of the firm with whom i dealt before reaching them: not so much.
