I am an immigration attorney and a member of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). I received my LL.M. in Comparative Law from the University of Miami School of Law in 2005, with a particular emphasis in immigration law, after earning my law degree with a specialization in international law from the University of Buenos Aires in 2001. I have specialized in “extraordinary ability” visas for renowned clients in advertising, the arts, athletics, entertainment, and fashion, as well as business visas for investors and corporate clients. I’ve had the honor of being invited to speak at conferences on immigration options for investors, extraordinary ability individuals, and professionals. During my academic years, I gained valuable experience through clerkships at Kurzban, Kurzban, Tetzeli & Pratt, P.A. in Miami and MTV Networks in Miami Beach. I am fluent in Spanish, English, and German.
