David Benjamin Miller

We went to David after someone abandoned a boat at our dock. We'd been trying on our own for at least five years to get the guy to move the boat and were concerned that it was going to sink and we were going to be liable. David constructed a carrot and stick scenario for the boat owner and he moved... it within two weeks. David also give us a new contract to use for dock rental. Because of David I had one of the happiest days in a boat owners life, cheering when it left our dock!
