Berta L. Fandino

Ms. Fandiño-Guerra is an experienced attorney specializing in employment disputes and workers' compensation matters. She has a proven track record of representing employers, businesses, and insurance carriers in trials and mediations, guiding them through the initial defense phase and appellate proceedings.

Attorney Fandiño-Guerra earned her law degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 1994. During her time there, she served on the Moot Court Board and received the American Jurisprudence Award for Appellate Advocacy. She also gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk for the Chief Judge of the Arkansas Court of Appeals.

She is admitted to practice law in all Florida state courts and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, as well as all courts in the State of Arkansas. As an approved instructor by the State of Florida, Ms. Fandiño-Guerra frequently conducts seminars for employers and carriers, focusing on employment-related topics and developments in workers’ compensation law.
