Was able to obtain a resolution to a long-standing business dispute in 4 hours. A pleasure to work with. Does not entertain hostilities by either party and steers the focus away from emotions. I got the sense that he took a great deal of pride in bringing myself and the gentleman I was in a dispute w...ith to mutually beneficial agreement. He came highly recommended from a friend but she never mentioned his age. I was surprised by how young he was, but once things started rolling, I forgot that the guy was 25 years younger me.
