Eugene Mesin

I am a Florida personal injury attorney and the founder of Mesin & Co., a boutique law firm focused on helping individuals and families navigate serious injury cases. Since opening the firm in 2024, my goal has been simple: provide high-level, personalized representation without treating clients like just another file.

We intentionally limit the number of cases we take so that every client receives direct access, clear communication, and a thorough investigation from start to finish. When someone hires our firm, they work with an attorney who is actively involved in the case, not passed off to layers of staff.

My practice focuses on car accidents, trucking collisions, wrongful death, and other negligence claims. I approach each case with a results-driven mindset, whether that means negotiating a strong settlement or preparing the case for trial.

I understand that after an injury, clients are dealing with uncertainty, stress, and pressure from insurance companies. Our role is to step in, take that burden off their shoulders, and pursue the full value of the claim while keeping them informed every step of the way.
