Darryn Lawrence Silverstein

Mr. Silverstein was hired to settle my case vs a chain store, instead of settling the case as agreed prior to hiring him, Silverstein damaged the case more than the prior attorney for eight months. Silverstein argued with me he wanted to get to trial with no discoveries or depositons with the witness.... Silverstein filed a lien on the case with the prior attorney who was fired for malicious activity with defendant's attorneys. Silverstein and Adams are trying to collect 100% of the settlement that I negotiated on my own. Darryn Silverstein refused to return copies of the file he received when he was hired. Darryn is trying to hide the bill that shows the amount of the hours from the prior attorney Adams. They both are doing what is call "abuse of process" with the deep pockets of the defendant's attorney.
