My mother hired Barry S. Franklin's office several years ago to try and reopen a previously settled case. The previous modified settlement agreement had left him in a very difficult starting position. He was honest with her when she first met him, and let her know that the odds were not in her favor. After many years of fighting this case, he was able to do what many friends suggested was impossible. She recently settled the case, and is in the process of recovering what she was owed. It was not inexpensive, but quality work rarely is. I know that my family are very grateful for the work that he did, and I would not hesitate recommending him to anyone who might need him in the future. If you or a friend are in need of a family law attorney in the South Florida area, call Barry S. Franklin's office to see if they're a good fit for you. The integrity, determination, and skill he displayed made us wish we had hired him in the first place. Our thanks to the whole office for their work.

I have been a court reporter for 45 years both in the federal system for the Eastern District of New York (Brooklyn, New York) and at the state, civil and criminal levels in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties, in Florida. I have, as a court reporter, served on major cases such as Abscam, Agent Orange, a plethora of mafia-connected cases, and as one of the reporters on USA v Manuel Antonio Noriega in the federal court for the Southern District of Florida (Miami) and have worked on many, many family court cases.
I introduce myself to you, the reader, in this manner so that you will know I have some background and credentials to assess the prowess of those in the legal community, having worked with the brightest and the best. Barry Franklin embodies all that a professional should demonstrate in advocating a client's interest. He reflected great understanding of the various areas that clients are impacted during the divorce process including, emotional, financial, parental, and self esteem. His demeanor is very low keyed and expresses himself in a manner that a lay person can understand. His knowledge of the law is extensive and more importantly, Barry understands its application in the areas relevant to divorce cases, He is thorough and communicates well with other professionals making the experience less stressful than it normally is. I highly endorse Barry Franklin and believe that any individual, man or woman, would benefit from his representation of their interests.
