Consultation On Home Construction Project

One of our contractors, Lowes, I believed was negligent in how they performed overall in a custom kitchen that we ordered. Their measurements where off significantly, certain features that we asked for where not provided, and ultimately we used a separate contractor to finish the installation and ...make the necessary changes and fixes to get the kitchen that we designed. Alan was very instrumental in guiding me through the process of working with Lowes out of the courtroom in order to negotiate a fair settlement. I am very impressed with Alan's devotion and commitment to understanding the issues and helping me to facilitate a fair settlement with Lowes.

Exceptional Attorney

Alan Neufeld is an exceptional attorney. There are very few people that have his kind of legal talent, integrity, and professional competence. He consistently demonstrates a clear ability to perform, and a dedication that produces high quality results time and again. Our daughter was injured in a... Resort pool while we were on vacation. She was seriously lacerated by broken ceramic tile that should have been repaired. At minimum, the pool should have been closed. The Hotel was clearly negligent. She was rushed to the emergency room, and the Doctors were able to stitch the deep wound that was incurred. The experience was traumatic for a young child. I subsequently asked Alan to represent us in this matter. He consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic, and dedication to reaching an equitable conclusion for our family. He was extremely effective in protecting our interests. His efforts on our behalf resulted in a substantial cash award for our daughter that was placed in an escrow account for her.
