rude staff/bad lawyer
after going to Mr.mendez for my foreclosure process I ended losing my house because he never schedule a mediation for my house. after my house sold he told me to pay him for a bankruptcy and then I ended paying almost $9000 to the trustee because of my assests. I was misinformed and should have not f...

Hello I wanted to say that this attorney knew what he was doing. The other guys I dealt with had no idea how to manage my case. Mendez did. He erased a ton of debt and modified my home. I recommend him to everyone

Very successful Chapter 13 Modification!
When I hired Mr. Mendez my house was one day from sale. He filed a Chapter 13 case. I made some payments and 5 months later my mortgage my modified. My payment went from 1900 to 1150. I am SUPER happy!! He has payment plans and is very good.

Good attorney and excellent price
This lawyer explained the bankruptcy process and all my options very clearly. I am glad I hired him to do my bankruptcy. I was very concerned with my finances and this gave me a new start. I would highly recommend this lawyer, his prices are affordable and you get your money's worth.
