Very successful Chapter 13 Modification!
When I hired Mr. Mendez my house was one day from sale. He filed a Chapter 13 case. I made some payments and 5 months later my mortgage my modified. My payment went from 1900 to 1150. I am SUPER happy!! He has payment plans and is very good.

Good attorney and excellent price
This lawyer explained the bankruptcy process and all my options very clearly. I am glad I hired him to do my bankruptcy. I was very concerned with my finances and this gave me a new start. I would highly recommend this lawyer, his prices are affordable and you get your money's worth.
