I hired this firm for my car accident case of February 2, 2026. In five months I was never able to speak with the attorney — not once. All of my contact was by phone. Early on, I spoke 2-3 times with Joy, the person handling my case, and every time she just said "nothing new to tell you." When I a...sked questions, she couldn't answer anything about my case. After that, she never took my calls again: I called four more times, and each time the receptionist put me on hold and then told me Joy "had not come in to work today." Four calls, the same excuse every time. Never transferred to anyone, no updates, no returned calls, nothing. On July 10, 2026, without a single conversation, I received a letter closing my file, stating the other driver had no bodily injury coverage. Five months of silence, and their "investigation" ended in a form letter. The letter did not explain whether they ever reviewed my own policy's uninsured motorist (UM) coverage or any other option — nothing. When they wanted my case, they were fast and full of promises. Once I signed, I could never get past the front desk again. I felt abandoned during one of the most stressful times of my life. If you hire this firm, get every promise in writing and demand regular updates. I would not recommend them based on my experience. Después de eso, nunca más me atendió: llamé cuatro veces más y cada vez la telefonista me dejaba en espera y luego me decía que Joy "no había venido a trabajar". Cuatro llamadas, la misma excusa siempre. Nunca me pasaron con nadie, ni actualizaciones, ni llamadas devueltas, nada. El 10 de julio de 2026, sin una sola conversación, me llegó una carta cerrando mi expediente porque el otro conductor no tenía cobertura de lesiones. Cinco meses de silencio y su "investigación" terminó en una carta de plantilla. La carta no explica si revisaron la cobertura UM de mi propia póliza ni ninguna otra opción — nada. Cuando querían mi caso, eran rápidos y llenos de promesas. Una vez firmé, nunca más pude pasar de la recepción. Me sentí abandonado en uno de los momentos más estresantes de mi vida. Si contratas este bufete, exige todo por escrito y actualizaciones regulares. Por mi experiencia, no los recomiendo.

I wish I had read the reviews before hiring this attorney. Their service was horrible. It was very difficult to communicate with them. After 4 months of the accident they closed my case and did not deliver what they promised. The person who came to my house for me to sign the paperwork was no where t...o be found afterwards(phone disconnected) Please, do not get involved with this firm.

La peor de las experiencias, el primer día para firmar el contrato me llamaron enseguida, luego era extremadamente difícil comunicarse con ellos. Primero me explicaron que el seguro del culpable tenía 45 días para aceptar o no la culpabilidad, al final terminaron aceptándoles más de dos meses, llamab...a y no me daban respuesta alguna hasta que de un momento a otro y sin preguntarme previamente me cerraron el caso. La peor de las experiencias, no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto.
