Mr. Falk is a civil trial lawyer who has practiced personal injury law in South Florida since 1968. During this time he has dedicated his practice to helping his clients fight for justice. Mr. Falk has and will never represent an insurance company.
He received his undergraduate and his Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Miami.
