This office reached out to me to offer their assistance after I was rear ended, I didn’t have a car so the paralegal made the effort to come to my house to fill out the paperwork which was very helpful because I have 2 kids and barely have time for anything. I never doubted them, Monica was always on... top of things and would keep me in the loop with everything that was going on with my case. Always made me feel comfortable with the case. And whenever i felt i need reassurance, she gave that to me. What real...ly amazed me was that we never spoke over the phone.
