Jessica Neer McDonald

Jessica serves creatives and entrepreneurs with their trademark and copyright law matters.  She partners with clients to protect their precious intangibles they work hard to build. From application to registration, in licensing or enforcement, she has represented clients across a variety of industries, including entertainment, fashion, fitness, higher education, restaurant, retail, social media, technology, winemaking, and more.

She draws from her experience counseling clients about intellectual property issues, negotiating and drafting contracts, litigating in the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and federal courts, and customizing global brand strategy. Her state and federal government background has enabled her to learn and translate new technologies and concepts quickly.

Jessica is licensed to practice law in Florida. In each year since forming Neer McD, Super Lawyers® named Jessica to its list of Rising Stars, an award based on professional achievement in legal practice and peer recognition, among other factors. Jessica graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, and magna cum laude from the University of Florida with a B.A. in Latin American Studies and Political Science.
