Ernesto Xavier Leo

Ernesto Leo is an associate attorney at A to Z Injury Law, representing clients in personal injury matters and working alongside the firm's trial lawyers on the investigation, development, and litigation of serious injury cases.

Ernesto's courtroom background started in law school, as a competing member of St. Thomas University College of Law's Trial Team. He competed in the Florida Justice Association Mock Trial Competition and finished as national runner-up out of 66 teams in the Online National Competition, training that covered opening statements, cross-examination, case theory, and presenting a case under real trial conditions.

After graduating, Ernesto returned to St. Thomas to coach its trial teams, helping guide students to a first and second place finish at the 2025 Florida Justice Association state championship and to a national title the following season. In his first year of practice, he has already litigated a range of personal injury cases and helped secure several six-figure recoveries for clients.
