Dania Arencibia

Dania Arencibia is a Miami-based lawyer with over 17 years of experience providing superior results to her clients. Ms. Arencibia’s expertise extends to a number of different practice areas, including civil litigation, commercial litigation, contractual disputes, animal law, DUI defense, first party property damage, insurance law, and more.

Ms. Arencibia has worked as a Senior Associate with some of Florida’s top legal firms, including Cole, Scott & Kissane, and Lydecker Diaz. She is now the Managing Shareholder of Arencibia Law, LLC, a Florida-based firm providing boutique legal consulting.

Prior to establishing her own firm, Ms. Arencibia represented large national insurance companies, an experience which continues to benefit her practice. Knowing how the industry works from the inside has given her a unique advantage in anticipating her client’s needs, setting her apart from other practitioners.

Dedication is the driving force behind Ms. Arencibia’s work, both in the courtroom, and in the community. She regularly volunteers her time to the ethical treatment of animals, a conviction which she carries into her practice of animal law. She also lends her time to mentoring others, and has trained numerous associates, some of which have gone on to become successful attorneys in large national firms.

Ms. Arencibia is an experienced litigator with a diversity of expertise. Since beginning her practice in 1998, she has been committed to providing personalized counseling to her clients while successfully mediating, litigating, and settling hundreds of cases.

She earned her Juris Doctor in 1997 from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law, and previously graduated from the University of Miami, concentrating in the areas of English and Spanish Literature. Ms. Arencibia received multiple awards during her academic career, and continues to provide award-winning service in her professional career today.
