also known as Henry M. Rubinstein, D.C., Esq., Dr. Henry M. Rubinstein, Esq.
As a practicing Chiropractor for 17 years, I had a calling to do more for the profession and was compelled to seek out a law degree to help in my endeavors. While running an active Chiropractic practice six days a week, home-schooling four children, and my various other activities, I attended law school and graduated in the usual three years, while being highly involved in school activities. (For a more detailed view, please see my web site at .)
While in school, I was able to start my calling by having an article published in the Business Law Review and write numerous articles as Editor-in-Chief of the school newspaper, and was fortunate to be able to write an amicus brief to the Supreme Court of Arkansas, my first year after graduating cum laude.
I continued to practice both professions for approximately three years until I was injured and had to discontinue the active practice of Chiropractic. I now only practice law as a solo practitioner and see a limited number of family and friends as a Chiropractor.
I primarily practice as a Plaintiff's litigator and practice the defense of Chiropractors and other physicians in administrative and civil matters, although I have had and have a vast array of various other related and unrelated cases and clients, including Appellate work. My next goal is to become certified in Health Law by the Florida Bar.
I have been blessed to have three of my children, now married, all attending Chiropractic School, as well as their spouses, with one having attended Law School.
As a first generation American born to Holocaust survivors of humble means and little education, I place great value on the importance in higher education and have empathy for the less fortunate, which is why I zealously defend licensed professionals and seek the greatest return for the injured.
My motto to my clients is not to worry unless I tell them to worry, which Thank G-d, I rarely have to say.
None of this would have been possible without my loving wife of nearly 32 years, Patti's support and encouragement, as well as that of my children. All of whom made great sacrifices, to see me through not just one first professional degree, but two.

"Thankfully I chose Henry Rubinstein as my attorney"
I had choices, but thankfully I went to Henry. There remains nothing more satisfying and stress reducing than your attorney understanding your values and needs. Even more powerful to me was in my time of very high stress, whenever I would get off the phone with him, my mindset was put in ease. His le...

Attorney with a great deal of knowledge when dealing with Board of chiropractic
Dr Rubinstein represented me before the Board of Chiropractic Medicine in 2010. He did a great job ! You could tell the board and the State of Florida's attorney had respect for him. I would encourage anyone that has to go before the board, to call Henry first.....You'll be glad you did .
