Vanessa’s background in business and economics brings an edge to employment-based treaty investor visas, notably E2 and EB5. With great insight and familiarity, she steadily guides investors to fulfill the complex federal requirements. Vanessa's expertise extends to L and EB1C visas for Multinational Executives and Managers. Vanessa has also managed and prepared Extraordinary Ability nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, including O and EB1, for individuals who demonstrate extraordinary ability in science, art, education, business, or athletics.
