Made incorrect documents referencing wrong person's name in the Motion. She did not provide any copies of the documents submitted, further which I obtained copies by requesting justice department, wherein I found out about the incorrect information. Did not spoke a word in the courtroom, later forces... me to close the case. She admitted she was scared of that judge. Also, in the first hearing she failed to appear, later excusing of being not ready.
