Significant experience in dealing with lenders and borrowers in financings, troubled loan workouts and restructurings, special assets, REO and whole loan sales and purchases.
Josh Dubin is the founder and CEO of the Tanglewood Group of companies, focusing on real estate acquisition, investment, development, financing, management, leasing and sales of commercial and residential properties. He provides advice and consulting services to clients while actively managing an existing portfolio of office and hospitality properties. Josh is engaged in the identification and analysis of real estate opportunities on behalf of Tanglewood and third party clients. In addition to operating his own real estate companies, Josh is an active member of the Florida Bar who has been practicing law for over thirty years, most recently as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of a $3.5B full service commercial bank.
Josh Dubin has an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale Hubbell. He is an honors graduate of the University of Florida and received his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 1982.
