Aileen Siclait, Esquire is the founder and owner of Siclait Law Firm, a law firm practicing exclusively in matrimonial and family law. Aileen is an experienced Family law litigator. Prior to founding Siclait Law Firm, Aileen was an Associate Attorney with a well-regarded boutique Coral Gables family law firm where she exclusively practiced matrimonial and family law.
From 2009 to 2012, Aileen served as Assistant General Counsel at Silver Starr Art Studios Enterprises, LLC in New York City. Earlier in her career, Aileen interned for the Honorable Gerald Lebovits, New York City Civil Court, Housing Part and the Honorable Julio E. Jimenez, Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida, Criminal Division.
Aileen is a Miami native. In 2003, she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida International University in Management and International Business and graduated cum laude. After college, she relocated to New York and attended New York Law School, earning her Juris Doctorate in 2008. Aileen is admitted to practice law in Florida, New York, and the U.S. District Court of Florida for the Southern District.
