Richard Kirshner has represented injured Floridian’s in all areas of personal injury claims and litigation practice for over 30 years. Within the firm he assumes personal responsibility for directing the investigation and development of client cases; is involved in all of our firm’s litigation and uses his vast experience to personally negotiate most of our settlements. Mr. Kirshner has successfully tried numerous personal injury cases to verdict and settled thousands of other injury claims for clients.
