Mitchell J. Panter is a Miami personal injury attorney and Managing Partner of Panter, Panter & Sampedro, P.A., a family-owned personal injury law firm in Miami dedicated to protecting Florida’s families for more than 30 years. Board Certified as a Civil Trial Lawyer by The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy since 1986, he represents clients in wrongful death, auto accident, product liability, medical malpractice, and premises liability cases. Panter has secured several million-dollar verdicts and settlements and argued precedent-setting cases before the Florida Supreme Court. His recognition includes the 2025 National Board of Trial Advocacy President’s Award and selection to the Florida Super Lawyers list from 2013 through 2026. He has led legal and civic organizations and authored “Florida Personal Injury Guidebook: How to Protect Your Rights.”
