Martin Pablo Blaya

Martin received a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University. He went on to study law and business at the University of Miami and obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and a Master of, Business Administration (MBA) degree. While at the University of Miami, Martin was a senator for the Student Bar Association, an ambassador for the Student Recruiting Program and a student mentor for incoming students. Martin was admitted to the Florida Bar and was hired at an AV rated law firm specializing in corporate and insurance defense. While there, Martin obtained extensive litigation experience. Martin also worked for a large law firm where he practiced in the area of creditor’s rights. Martin specializes in general civil litigation, bankruptcy and foreclosure defense. Martin came to Miami by way of Chile. Outside of work, Martin enjoys the art of cooking, biking, rooting for his sports teams, and spending time with his family.
