Mark Lee Stokes

In my opinion, I would not recommend the legal services of Mark Lee Stokes. Mr. Stokes worked with my father Elias B. Rudnikas for many years and ended up misappropriating his federal maritime law practice without paying for the million dollar good value it had, that has resulted in me bringing feder...al litigation against Mark Lee Stokes in the Southern District of Florida. In light of same, I do not believe the attorney Mark Lee Stokes has the necessary ethics to be trusted by any prospective client. To make matters worse, when Mark Lee Stokes appointed himself as the inventory attorney for the Federal Maritime Law Practice of Elias B. Rudnikas, that my family had equitable title to, Mr. Stokes failed to do any inventory of the goodwill and digital assets of the million dollar federal maritime law practice of Elias B. Rudnikas because he had already misappropriated the goodwill and the law practice assets, forcing me to pursue additional federal litigation against Mr. Stokes for legal malpractice. In sum, Mr. Stokes betrayed my father, Elias B. Rudnikas, that he had worked with over twenty years and in essence, erased my father's legacy by taking over his websites sealaw.com; leymaritima.com; and rudnikas.com, and even took over my father's cell phone number as if my father never existed. Justice will prevail at the Southern District of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. But for now I would recommend to any prospective client that hire a different attorney if possible. In my opinion, based on my experience, Mr. Stokes simply lacks the ethics to be trusted by any prospective client.
