Katia Georgette Toledo

I am a Florida family law attorney at Vasquez de Lara Law Group, where I focus exclusively on helping individuals and families navigate complex and emotional legal matters.

I earned my Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University School of Law. I was admitted to the Florida Bar in September 2022 and have since dedicated my practice entirely to family law.

My passion for this field began in college, where I studied the dynamics of family systems and the law, as well as the psychology behind family conflict. That academic foundation, combined with my legal training, shaped my commitment to helping clients resolve deeply personal disputes with clarity and confidence.

I am also trained in Collaborative Law and completed the required certification course in November 2023, allowing me to assist clients who wish to resolve their matters outside of traditional litigation when appropriate.
