Kathryn Lee Ender

Kathryn Ender is a partner in the firm’s Miami office. Ms. Ender is a Board Certified Specialist in Appellate Practice. Ms. Ender practices primarily in the area of appellate litigation and trial support, and has handled over 100 appeals in the Florida courts and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. In addition to her appellate practice, Ms. Ender participates at the trial level, assisting with and arguing dispositive motions, pre-trial motions in limine, jury instructions and post-trial motions.

As part of her practice, Ms. Ender concentrates on issues involving the service and enforcement of proposals for settlement at both the state and federal level. She routinely appears before the Florida courts to address issues relevant to enforceability of proposals, and gives continuing education seminars for clients and attorneys on this issue throughout the state of Florida.

Ms. Ender earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The Ohio State University in 2003, and her Juris Doctor from the American University Washington College of Law in 2007. While in law school, Kathryn was a certified student attorney for the D.C. Law Students in Court Clinical Program, she served as a two-year staff member of the Administrative Law Review, the official administrative publication for the American Bar Association, and she was the 2006 recipient of the Betty Southard Murphy Award in Dispute Resolution. After law school, Ms. Ender served as a law clerk to the Honorable Vance E. Salter at the Third District Court of Appeal of Florida.
