Biography
Justin Philip Cernitz is the Founding Partner of Cernitz Law in Miami. Justin attended Emory University during his undergraduate years. He later received his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2005 before being admitted to practice law in the state of Florida that same year. Prior to founding his firm in 2010, he worked in insurance defense, but now he exclusively represents policyholders. He counsels and represents clients on a variety of insurance and personal injury legal issues such as first-party property insurance disputes, bad faith litigation, medical malpractice, personal injury, and wrongful death. He is a member of professional organizations such as the American Bar Association and the Miami-Dade County Bar Association.
