I am a white-collar felon originally looking at 30 years and restitution well over a hundred million dollars. Today was my sentencing just a few short hours ago. I walked out of the courtroom (because I was allowed to self-surrender unlike my co-defendants) with 97 months (about a month longer than 8... years). But, that’s not the best part.
