For almost 30 years, the focus of my practice has been in the field of construction litigation, with an emphasis on the representation of design professionals.  I have successfully handled multiple construction defect, construction delay, and bodily injury/wrongful death cases over the decades.   I also assist clients in contract negotiations and in fee disputes.  My litigation background has been very helpful in advising clients as to potential areas of risk when they enter into a contract for a new project.  I have also succesfully handled appeals over the years.
