Never personally dealt with this lawyer, even though it is his practice never seen him nor spoken to him. As for his office it's horrible. The communication with the staff if you can get someone to answer your call is that if a 4th grader. They always assume that you speak spanish so have of the time... the person that answers the phone has a broken down english. Now when you go in person, first and foremost , make sure you know the name of the person you spoke to when making an appt. When you get to the 10th floor all you find are young girls who don't know crap. They seem brainless, just hired for their looks. While I sat there the phone must have rang almost 15 times and none of the two made an attempt to answer. I called my asst. and told her to look for another firm who took thing a little more serious. And as for the modifications..... Pls all my brother got reduced was $200.00 monthly .After a 3000.00 bill..... There main problem is communication, it's terrible!
